Service Description
Before You Book Each Bloom Haus experience is thoughtfully curated for your gathering. To allow time for floral sourcing and preparation, we kindly recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance whenever possible. All standard experiences include up to 3 hours of service time, including setup and cleanup. Additional time may be available upon request. Seasonal blooms and floral varieties may vary based on availability, but every experience is designed with the same intentional, elevated aesthetic reflected throughout our work. Need something more custom? We’re happy to accommodate special requests, themed events, larger guest counts, brand activations, or unique venue setups whenever possible. A signed agreement and retainer are required to reserve your date. Final guest count and event details must be confirmed prior to your event.


Cancellation Policy
A signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your event date. Dates are not secured until the retainer has been received. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date. Final guest count must be submitted 14 days prior to the event and will be used for final floral ordering and preparation. Minor adjustments after this deadline may be accommodated when possible but are not guaranteed. Cancellations & Rescheduling All retainers are non-refundable due to the custom nature of floral sourcing, preparation, and scheduling. If cancellation occurs more than 14 days prior to the event, any payments made beyond the retainer may be refunded. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. One event reschedule may be accommodated with at least 14 days notice and is subject to availability. Moss Morning Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to emergencies, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, clients will have the option to reschedule or receive a refund of payments made.
