Service Description
Bloom Haus Experiences begin at $3,200 for up to 25 guests. Each experience is customized based on guest count, floral selections, installation needs, and event details. A $500 retainer is required to reserve a date. We will then contact you within 24 hours to discuss your event and provide a proposal. Submit an inquiry to begin designing your event experience.


Cancellation Policy
A signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your event date. Dates are not secured until the retainer has been received. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date. Final guest count must be submitted 14 days prior to the event and will be used for final floral ordering and preparation. Minor adjustments after this deadline may be accommodated when possible but are not guaranteed. Cancellations & Rescheduling All retainers are non-refundable due to the custom nature of floral sourcing, preparation, and scheduling. If cancellation occurs more than 14 days prior to the event, any payments made beyond the retainer may be refunded. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. One event reschedule may be accommodated with at least 14 days notice and is subject to availability. Moss Morning Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to emergencies, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, clients will have the option to reschedule or receive a refund of payments made.
